Right of Withdrawal Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at pearldolluxe@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can also use the returns/withdrawal request button on our website.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
